BUILT AROUND THE WORK OF YOUR DESK

Your dealing-room problems. A clearer way to work.

Choose a challenge. Explore the workflow, the value to assess and the evidence to check.

THE PROBLEM

We have the positions. We still need a clear picture of what we retain.

THE DCA WORKFLOW

Review client and coverage positions together in configurable sheets. Use net volume, uncovered percentage, risk settings and the volume identified for coverage to investigate one instrument at a time.

BUSINESS VALUE TO ASSESS

Less time assembling the exposure picture. Clearer context for the next decision.

WHAT TO CHECK IN THE DEMO

Trace one instrument from client positions to coverage and reconcile both sides to the same snapshot.

WHAT CHANGES FOR THE BROKER

A clearer operation.
A stronger business case.

Connect each feature to a decision, an operating cost or a question about performance.

01

Find exposure before it gets lost in the detail.

Review client and coverage positions together. See net volume, floating and closed P/L, configured risk levels and the volume identified for coverage.

BUSINESS VALUEMore informed risk decisions.
02

Spend less time assembling the same report.

Search, filter and export supported report views. Give the desk and management consistent information to investigate.

BUSINESS VALUELess repeated preparation work.
03

Understand what drives your results.

Review client and coverage performance, trading activity and account P/L. Ask better questions about exposure, costs and your dealing decisions.

BUSINESS VALUEBetter visibility into profitability drivers.

These are operating benefits, not measured customer results. Profitability depends on market conditions, risk policy and execution.

MAKE THE DEMO EARN YOUR CONFIDENCE

Three workflows.
Evidence you can check.

Bring a real question from your desk. Agree what a useful result looks like, then check it together.

ALREADY HAVE A RISK SYSTEM?

Use the same workload and source data to compare accuracy, visibility and the effort still required.

CHOOSING YOUR FIRST SYSTEM?

Start with your MT5 setup, the reports you need and the controls your team must have.

01 / DEMO SCENARIO

Trace one exposure.

An exposure needs explaining before the desk decides what to do.

Bring
One instrument, an agreed snapshot and the source positions you use today.
See
Review client positions, coverage and net volume. Reconcile the scope, timing and units before discussing an action.
Check
Do the figures reconcile? How long does it take to explain the remaining exposure?
02 / DEMO SCENARIO

Rebuild one management report.

Your team spends time preparing the same numbers for management.

Bring
An existing report, its reporting period and the account groups behind it.
See
Review Deals and Profit Loss for the agreed scope. Walk through the supported export and check its figures against the source.
Check
Are the figures accurate? How many manual steps and staff minutes remain?
03 / DEMO SCENARIO

Hand over the open questions.

The incoming dealer needs to know what is unresolved and who owns the next action.

Bring
A typical shift change, open positions and your existing handover notes.
See
Use the position and report views alongside your existing notes to explain each open item. Native scheduling and acknowledgement are proposed extensions.
Check
Can the incoming dealer identify the owner, next action and checkpoint? How much clarification is needed?

BUILD YOUR OWN BUSINESS CASE

What could less manual
work free up?

Start with time spent on reporting and handovers. Change the example inputs to match your desk.

YOUR ASSUMPTIONS Editable example
ESTIMATED MONTHLY CAPACITY19 hours

of staff capacity potentially freed

Equivalent labor value$570 / month
Capacity is not automatically cash saved.

Cash savings require actual changes such as reduced overtime or avoided external costs. These examples are not measured DCA results, a profit forecast or a return-on-investment claim.

HOW IT IS CALCULATED

Handovers × combined minutes saved × operating days ÷ 60, plus separate reporting hours. Equivalent labor value = total hours × hourly labor cost. Count all staff involved in the handover once; exclude reporting time already included there.

Profitability starts with
understanding the drivers.

DCA can help your team inspect exposure, client and coverage performance, and account P/L. Use that visibility to evaluate risk policy, investigate performance and reduce repeated work. Measure the result against your own baseline; better information does not guarantee profit.
